In short: Kilo Takibi stores your health data only on your own device. No personal or health data is sent to our servers. No account is required.

1. Overview

The Kilo Takibi app (the "App") is developed by Kerem Cebi. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App, how that information is used, and what rights you have.

By downloading and using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Data We Process

2.1 Data Stored on Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

  • Weight logs (weight value, date, optional note)
  • Height information
  • Goal weight
  • Unit preference (kg / lbs)
  • Language preference (Turkish / English)

This data is not transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party. If you lose your device or uninstall the App, your local data may be permanently deleted.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

The App does not collect analytics events, usage tracking data, cookies, or advertising identifiers for profiling purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

App data is stored using local device mechanisms:

  • SQLite (sqflite): for weight entries
  • SharedPreferences: for profile and settings

This data remains inside your operating system's app sandbox. Other apps cannot directly access it.

To delete your data: uninstall the App from your device or delete individual entries from the History screen.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 RevenueCat

The App uses RevenueCat for in-app subscription management. RevenueCat may process limited technical information required for purchases, including:

  • App Store / Google Play purchase metadata (processed by RevenueCat)
  • An anonymous device-level identifier

RevenueCat does not process your weight or health records. For details, see the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

4.2 Apple App Store / Google Play

When you download or purchase through app stores, Apple and Google privacy policies also apply. Their data practices are controlled by those providers.

4.3 Google Fonts

This website loads fonts via Google Fonts. During that process, your IP address may be transmitted to Google. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy. Note: The mobile app itself does not use Google Fonts as a web request.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the App in a way that raises privacy concerns, please contact us at hello@keremcebi.co.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Right to delete

You can permanently remove data by uninstalling the App or deleting individual records from the History screen.

ACC
Right to access

Your stored data is visible inside the App. If you need export-related help, contact us at hello@keremcebi.co.

FIX
Right to correction

You can delete incorrect entries from the History screen and re-enter them.

If you reside in Turkiye, you may contact us regarding your rights under Law No. 6698 (KVKK). If you reside in the European Union, you may also contact us regarding rights under GDPR.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page. For material changes, we may also provide an in-app notice.

Your continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
